The rosé wine of the range is produced from low-yield grapes of the Greek varieties Muscat of Hamburg and Agiorgitiko and the international Syrah.
Made with the saignée method after a 4 hour prefermentative maceration.
With a pale rosy color and aromas of strawberry, raspberry, peaches and notes of roses. On the palate, it is round with refreshing acidity, red fruit flavors and pleasant aftertaste.
It goes well with pasta, pizza, salads and fruits.
