Made from organically grown grapes of the Greek Thessalian variety Limniona.
Controlled fermentation and aging in French oak barriques for 12 months give the wine deep garnet color, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, sweet aromas of quince paste and dried figs and spicy aromas of cinnamon, cloves and white pepper. On the palate, it is soft and round with balanced acidity, silky tannins, sweet spicy flavors and long smooth finish.
Served with traditional Greek cuisine dishes, tender red meat and desserts with fruits and nuts.
